The core services funded through the Circle of Care include: primary care, perinatal prevention services, case management, case management assistants, behavioral health services, peer counselors, consumer education, case finding, care outreach, HIV counseling and testing, respite care, supportive housing program, emergency and special needs assistance, and transportation assistance. Circle of Care staff support the provider network through provision of training, collaboration and linkage resources, advocacy and integration with other Ryan White Titles and service systems, technical assistance, program monitoring, needs assessment, quality improvement and evaluation.
